Cycling opinion, fitness updates, charity work. Saturday, 27 September 2014. Sat above Florence having a cappuccino and a moment to reflect on an amazing adventure. I was going to use the word trip or maybe holiday but neither would describe this journey nearly aptly enough. The coffee however had been exceptional across the trip much to my delight! The other days were also memorable for other reasons. The 8 person team we had was composed of some real characters and this kept us mostly in high spiri.

Helen Russell - World Champion Duathlete and Triathlete. Helen is a Triathlete and Duathlete who is enjoying success as an age group athlete representing Great Britain. Since competing in her first triathlon in 2006 Helen has been very successful in multi-sport competitions, securing a number of victories and podium places in both, local, national and international Triathlons, Duathlons and Aquathlons. Helen has received recognition for her results being runner up.
